Hearing Aid Services
We are committed to your long term success with hearing aids beyond the time of purchase, and feel this level of service truly sets us apart.
Some of the ways we invest in your ongoing care:
- Walk-in service: For your convenience we provide walk-in hearing aid service at both locations to address basic repairs and routine maintenance. We make every effort to provide this service while you wait, though during times of high volume you may be asked to leave your aids with the front desk and we will call you when they are ready to be picked up.
- Loaner aids – if your hearing aids need to be sent back to the manufacturer for service we will provide you with complimentary loaners to use.
- Aural Rehabilitation video – The video was produced by us to maximize success with your new hearing devices. Viewed from your home at your convenience, the video provides many useful tips for both the hard of hearing patient, as well as their family members.
- 60 day trial period for all hearing devices.
- 3 year standard repair and loss and damage warranties on all hearing aids.
